The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and technical background that allows them to strategically engage stakeholders across Trading, Technology, Operations and the C-suite.
Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline, and effectively manage reporting tools (e.g. CRM).
Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy.
A self-starter who is prepared to develop, and execute against, a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on quarterly revenue targets + related KPIs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and value of Versana’s products and services.
Partner with other internal business departments to uncover opportunities to deepen client relationships.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Requirements
BS or BA or equivalent work experience.
4-10 years experience in financial markets, data, or technology sales.
Track record of consistent and sustained revenue and sales performance in complex enterprise sales environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly and thoroughly, using peers and internal resources as applicable.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Demonstrated success in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing enterprise level technology and/or data sales to global customers.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work collaboratively across various internal teams.
