Lead operations programs and processes to ensure business objectives are met
Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality
Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives
Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational activities
Analyze existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks
Implement lean methodologies and best practices to streamline operations
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide insights to senior leadership
Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment
Develop and manage budgets for operational activities
Ensure all operational processes meet quality standards
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action processes
Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience
8-10 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
Flexible attitude, adaptable to change, team player, and able to handle multiple projects at once
