Role Overview
- Define technical strategy and architecture for 40+ microservices handling millions of requests daily
- Drive design decisions for deployment orchestration, service discovery, and capacity management systems
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of multi-tenant, multi-region cloud infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in modernizing and evolving the platform on Kubernetes
- Establish architectural standards for event-driven systems and distributed workflows
Requirements
- Deep expertise in microservices architecture and distributed systems design
- Strong hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot in production environments
- Proven track record with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
- Event-driven architecture expertise (Kafka, messaging systems)
- Production operations mindset with a focus on reliability and observability
- Experience designing for scale, multi-tenancy, and high availability
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm)
