Manage the order life cycle from creation through delivery to ensure accurate pricing, terms of sales, lead-times, special pack requirement and inventory availability.
Analyze, evaluate, and solve for opportunities to improve key service metrics such as pricing, order fill, on time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fill.
Communicate with customers by tracking orders and shipments, trouble shooting and responding to all other questions, inquiries and complaints in a timely fashion.
Meet and exceed service level expectations as defined by the customer and sales team.
Responsible for tracking and reporting supply chain customer compliance and developing processes and business model to mitigate compliance fines.
Monitor weekly/monthly unit fill rate and on-time delivery performance.
Research root causes for reliability failures and develop corrective action plans with cross functional supply chain counterparts.
Identify cost savings opportunities around case pick, full pallet ordering and internal network optimizations.
Review and manage forecast consumption and supply/demand alignment.
Proactively lead product allocation and reservations decision making.
Requirements
BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related field
3-7 years of experience in customer supply chain, forecasting, inventory management, or supply/operations planning
Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse, Power BI).
