Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships by clearly communicating project status, risks, decisions, and dependencies.
Define and manage project goals, milestones, and commitments, while delivering accurate, timely reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Direct cross‑functional project teams and coordinate deliverables across multiple organizations.
Develop evaluation frameworks and metrics to assess project risk, performance, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Ensure successful outcomes across customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team performance metrics.
Contribute to and lead PMO initiatives, including resource alignment, process optimization, and project prioritization.
Mentor and coach project managers to strengthen delivery capability and professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline.
Minimum of 12 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading multiple large-scale technical initiatives concurrently.
Deep expertise across IT infrastructure and enterprise business application domains.
Proven ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and align cross-functional teams.
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with experience engaging senior leaders and diverse partners.
Exceptional planning, prioritization, and time management skills, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
