Provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of ABA to children with autism and related developmental disabilities
Educate and train new staff on professional and clinical skills as well as client protocols
Facilitate communication between all team members
Lead team meetings and manage client data
Ensure all team members have the necessary support, training, and materials to assist clients in reaching their full potential
Requirements
BCBA certification
Proven leadership abilities
Ability to interact well with children and their families
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and on a team
Physical ability, lifting up to 40lbs, squatting, kneeling, etc.
