Own a core lifecycle phase end-to-end (post-acquisition onboarding, conversion, engagement, renewal, or win-back), with accountability for user outcomes and business impact.
Define lifecycle strategy and hypotheses by identifying target user behaviors, prioritizing initiatives, and setting success metrics tied to funnel and cohort performance.
Design, sequence, and lead experimentation across automation, segmentation, messaging, timing, and triggers, and make clear decisions on what to scale, iterate, or stop.
Translate lifecycle data into decisions, diagnosing drop-offs, engagement decay, or churn patterns and adjusting strategy based on evidence rather than intuition.
Set execution standards and guide specialists, reviewing work, unblocking delivery, mentoring execution talent, and ensuring learnings compound across the team.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing, with direct ownership of meaningful user outcomes in subscription or usage-based products.
Hands-on experience with lifecycle platforms such as Klaviyo, Braze, MoEngage, or similar, with strong understanding of automation logic, segmentation, and experimentation.
Strong analytical capability, comfortable working with funnel analysis, cohort behavior, and experiment results; ability to query or reason directly with data (e.g. SQL) is a plus.
Experience operating in global or multi-market environments, balancing global consistency with regional nuance without fragmenting strategy or ownership.
Clear, decisive communicator with an ownership mindset, able to make trade-offs, challenge assumptions constructively, and be accountable for outcomes rather than activity.
