Manage the deployment of complex public safety solutions for Computer-Aided Dispatch, Mobile computing, Records Management, and Jail Management.
Lead and manage deployments across a wide range of customers including Statewide, Regional, County, and City level public safety jurisdictions.
Manage a team of individual contributors across various disciplines providing leadership, guidance, mentoring, and support throughout all project phases.
Drive strategic relationships between internal and external teams.
Resolve issues between internal and external groups.
Responsible for the profit level for all projects under their control.
Establish and maintain project budget and schedule.
Establish and maintain communication plans with project teams and customers.
Establish and execute risk assessment and mitigation plans.
Approve invoices and provide system integration quotations and statements of work.
Create, distribute, and present various project status reports and results.
Participate in pre-contract evaluation of contract terms and scope to mitigate potential risks/gaps.
Requirements
High School Diploma, Technical Certification, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree
Experience in Project Management, Program Management, Business Operations, Communications, Finance, IT, Solutions, or Technology.
Must be able to obtain a background clearance as required by our government customers.
