Lead negotiations and contract reviews ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Monitor supplier performance using key metrics and implement improvement plans to enhance service levels.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify innovative procurement solutions and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, technology, or related field and 2 years' experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
Option 2: 4 years’ experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
Proven expertise in vendor relationship management and category strategy development.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and support business plans.
Effective negotiation skills to facilitate contract discussions and risk mitigation.
Experience in supplier performance monitoring and implementation of improvement strategies.
Ability to build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders to meet business needs.
Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams and supporting ethical business practices.
