Requirements
Bachelor's/ master’s degree in business administration, engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Operations or equivalent
11+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 9+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain Management or equivalent
Solid track record as Procurement business partner, demonstrating leadership in new product introductions; preferably with strong background in the Medical Devices / MedTech industry
Cultural sensitivity, able to do global business across Europe, the Americas and Asia
Works on complex issues where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of the company
Strategic thinker with a ‘can do’ attitude
Result driven, with a proven track record
Understanding suppliers, business models, key drivers, measures, priorities and make or buy decisions
Expertise in Design for eXcellence and Value Engineering
Team player with excellent analytic and communication skills
Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders both externally and internally is key
Experience in LEAN or Six Sigma is considered an advantage
High commercial acumen, with the ability to communicate in business terms beyond procurement-specific language.
