Assist in the design, analysis, and development of electrical and electronic circuits and components.
Support schematic creation, PCB layout reviews, and component selection.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and validation of hardware prototypes and assemblies.
Perform measurements, data collection, and analysis using standard lab equipment.
Contribute to documentation including design notes, test procedures, and engineering reports.
Collaborate with senior engineers, mechanical teams, software teams, and manufacturing personnel.
Participate in design reviews and provide input on technical decisions.
Support integration activities, system bring‑up, and issue resolution.
Ensure work complies with internal quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Assist in supplier communication, part evaluations, and technical assessments.
Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including specifications, test reports, and design artifacts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field with 3 – 6+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with less than or 2+ years of experience.
Active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI.
Experience in electrical/electronics engineering or equivalent hands‑on background.
Working knowledge of analog and digital circuit design principles.
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (e.g., Altium, OrCAD, KiCad).
Familiarity with microcontrollers, sensors, power supplies, or embedded hardware.
Proficiency using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
