About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for serving as the Single Point of Contact
Builds strong, long-term relationships with customers
Performs high-touch phone engagement and proactive outreach
Investigates and resolves complex customer issues and escalations
Monitors customer activity for continued compliance to loan agreement
Ensures timely resolution of customer concerns and high satisfaction
Proactively identifies risks and ensures effective reporting
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to conduct research and risk analysis
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to identify process improvements
Ability to take initiative, work autonomously
