Role Overview
- Provide technical leadership to the development team (backend and frontend)
- Define architectural standards and engineering best practices
- Actively participate in development and code reviews
- Ensure application quality, security, scalability and performance
- Support technical decisions and the evolution of the architecture
- Collaborate with DevOps, SRE and Product teams
- Promote a culture of automated testing, observability and continuous improvement
Requirements
