Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering and stakeholders to deliver persona-first, data-driven solutions while you navigate technical constraints and business goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
Leverage user research, analytics, and feedback to iterate on designs and advocate for the best user experience for each feature and flow.
Leverage modern AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude, or research synthesis tools) to automate repetitive tasks and rapidly prototype high-fidelity explorations.
Actively use and contribute to the Extend Design System, ensuring your work is scalable and maintains visual consistency and design excellence across the platform.
Participate in design reviews and critiques, providing constructive feedback to peers and helping to elevate the team’s overall output and design excellence.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing shipped work in consumer or B2B software.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, CS, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience showing a strong grasp of design fundamentals and user-centered methodology.

The ability to work within an established design system while identifying opportunities to improve or expand components for the team.

A solid understanding of how designs are implemented in code (HTML/CSS/React basics) to ensure feasible handoffs.
