Lead the documentation, redesign, and optimization of critical Finance and Accounting processes.
Own end‑to‑end process mapping and improvement initiatives.
Analyze current financial processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement areas.
Develop detailed current‑state and future‑state process maps and flowcharts.
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to gather insights and validate processes.
Monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the impact of improvements.
Develop and deliver training programs, onboarding materials, and SOPs.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or process improvement.
Experience with process mapping and workflow documentation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI.
Must have authorization to work permanently in the U.S.
Preferred: Experience in finance transformation or continuous improvement.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement frameworks.
Experience developing and delivering training.
Experience with ERP or financial technology implementations.
