Role Overview
- plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns
- manage and rebalance budgets
- monitor full-funnel performance and troubleshoot issues
- run structured A/B tests
- lead CRO initiatives with Web/UX and Creative teams
- act as a link to US teams
- partner with Analytics for clear tracking
- monitor US competitor tactics
Requirements
- more than 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC and Performance Marketing
- proficient with marketing technology platforms
- know how to use analytics tools
- understand attribution modeling
- convincing communicator
- proactive and experimental attitude
- fluent in English (German is a plus)
