Act as the main point of contact for client projects.
Lead discovery sessions to understand client business goals and reporting needs.
Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary global teams across different time zones and locations.
Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and key milestones for each phase of the project.
Identify and manage risks related to project delivery.
Facilitate clear and consistent communication between clients, global teams, and internal stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on project status, including progress, risks, and any client or team updates.

Graduate degree in business, technology or related field.
Prior experience in a VP/Director/Executive-level client-facing consulting role
Proven revenue/resourcing/budget ownership at scale
8+ years in a program management role, with preference for consulting experience.
Proven experience in delivering large-scale data integration and technology implementation projects.
Demonstrated ability to build and grow long-term client relationships.
Proven experience utilizing consulting methodologies to problem solve and deliver projects.
Exceptional professionalism and executive presence in client facing communications.
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
Working knowledge of Customer analytics platforms.
