Role Overview
- Supports day‑to‑day application operations by handling simple L2 requests and minor changes
- Learns established patterns, tools, and processes while contributing reliably under supervision
- Monitor basic application indicators such as errors, job status, and availability dashboards
- Support L2 service requests and simple incidents following runbooks
- Resolve straightforward issues related to WebForms UI, basic VB.NET logic, and data corrections
- Perform simple code edits, bug fixes, and configuration updates with review
- Execute basic SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
- Assist with deployments and post‑release checks
- Perform basic functional testing using predefined test cases
- Update support documentation and ticket notes accurately
- Support UAT activities by executing test cases and logging defects
- Monitor logs and error queues, escalating anomalies promptly
- Gradually contribute to small enhancements as skills grow
Requirements
- 2-3 years experience
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (or equivalent)
- Foundational VB.NET
- Basic ASP.NET WebForms
- Basic MS SQL Server
- Introductory JavaScript
- Academic or internship experience with .NET
- Professional working proficiency in English
