About this role

Responsible for drafting and filing patent and design applications worldwide
Conduct prosecution, opposition, and appeal proceedings and determine inventor remuneration
Serve as the point of contact for all matters related to industrial property rights
Analyze third-party IP rights and perform legal assessments
Provide IP advice in M&A matters and draft/structure license and development agreements

University degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering
Patent assessor and/or European Patent Attorney
Several years of professional experience in the areas described above
Strong communication skills for clearly presenting complex technical and legal matters
Business-fluent German and English
