Leading the product team in a professional capacity with a focus on strengthening employee self-organization and the team's professional development
Responsibility for the product budget

University degree in IT, business administration, or a related field
Extensive professional experience with ERP software and implementations
Experience in budget, project and personnel management with successfully developed and implemented IT solutions — international experience desirable
Knowledge of agile methods such as OKR, DevOps, SCRUM, and modern leadership approaches
Business-fluent German and English
