Further develop the product in collaboration with customers, management and the product team
Provide functional leadership for the product team
Plan, control and monitor the product budget
Maintain the product backlog, including facilitating user story workshops
Monitor SLAs and product KPIs and continuously optimize them
Develop sourcing strategies (make or buy)

Manage external service providers

Successfully completed university degree
Relevant professional experience including responsibility for budgets and (international) projects
Knowledge of agile methods, e.g. DevOps
Extensive expertise in IT operations for client solutions
Interest in leading-edge technologies
Knowledge of modern leadership concepts
Business-fluent English
