Responsible for delivering the Individual Life platform DILI as a sustainable IT service
End-to-end responsibility for the DILI IT service after go-live
Maintain the strategy and roadmap for the ongoing development of the IT service
Ownership of the service backlog and prioritization
Continuous improvement of the IT solution and the service delivery process
Requirements
University degree (ETH, University of Applied Sciences, etc.) in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Knowledge and experience in IT Service Management within a complex business environment, as well as in the analysis, specification and implementation of business requirements
Solid expertise in individual life insurance products
Strong willingness to take responsibility and enjoyment of working in a team
Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
