Responsibility for the four production areas of the Business Unit Therapy at the Lübeck production site
Lead the line managers of the respective production lines
Close collaboration with other leadership teams and interface partners
Actively drive the strategic development of the production area
Optimize structures and introduce innovative technologies to foster a future-oriented corporate culture
Monitor relevant KPIs such as productivity
Continuous improvement of manufacturing and process workflows
Increase on-time delivery performance and production flexibility
Ensure compliance with budget targets while keeping costs and quality in focus
Responsible for inventory and for ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as occupational health and safety

Completed degree (e.g., business administration or engineering) or equivalent qualification
Many years of (leadership) experience in production and supply chain operations
Extensive practical experience applying Lean Management methods
Very good command of English and German, both written and spoken
