Financial Reporting & Control Analyst

Role Overview

• Lead analysis across revenue, pricing, and margin performance
• Support the NPD process
• Work with the Demand Planning team to test assumptions
• Provide ad-hoc commercial insight
• Support the weekly sales cycle
• Review forecasts and highlight variances
• Partner with Sales to build budgets and long-term plans
• Review month-end performance and ensure accuracy

Requirements

• ACCA or CIMA part-qualified or fully qualified
• Excellent financial analytics capability
• High IT literacy, including experience with ERP systems and planning modules
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
• A structured, organised approach
• A commercial, curious mindset
• Exceptional attention to detail
