Lead the definition and validation of financial reporting requirements for stakeholders.
Design and review complex financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Ensure accuracy in financial computations, methodologies, and data interpretation.
Explain financial terminology, KPIs, and reporting logic clearly to technical teams.
Work closely with developers automating financial reports, ensuring correct implementation of calculations and business logic.
Review financial data structures to ensure alignment with accounting standards and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Act as a subject matter expert in financial reporting within project teams.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, efficiency, and accuracy.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Deep knowledge of financial KPIs, metrics, and reporting methodologies.
Experience working with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements.
Familiarity with Irish financial systems and reporting practices is highly desirable.
Experience working with financial data automation or reporting systems is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial and technical audiences.
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Fluent English.
