Role Overview
Ownership of customer relationships, developing and executing joint business plans that drive profitable growth.
Negotiating terms, pricing, and promotions, ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Leading strategic initiatives, including new product development (NPD), pricing strategies, and category expansion.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, and Operations to drive long-term business success.
Developing and implementing growth plans, ensuring our brands and own-label products continue to thrive in competitive markets.
Coaching and supporting the team, helping to shape the future of our commercial talent.
Playing a key role in forecasting, ensuring strong commercial decision-making and accuracy in planning.
Requirements
Proven experience in a senior sales role within Impulse
Strong commercial acumen with full P&L accountability
A strategic thinker who can balance long-term vision with day-to-day execution
Experience negotiating and securing new business while driving sustainable growth
Excellent internal stakeholder management, working seamlessly with Marketing, Finance, and Operations
A collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Ability to influence and engage both internally and externally to shape commercial strategy
Mobility is essential, as regular customer and site visits will be key to success in this role.
