Work closely with business teams to know insurance and claims workflows guidelines and operational processes
Analyze requirements, identify process gaps, and ensure smooth alignment between business operations and system functionality
Help in day-to-day operational activities related to claims processing and issue resolution
Review functional and nonfunctional requirements for clear and traceable test cases
Execute manual test cases for claims and insurance modules ensuring all business scenarios are validated
Document test results, track defects, and collaborate with tech teams for resolution
Participate in UAT cycles and ensure readiness for production deployments
Conduct test result walkthroughs with users explaining findings, variances, and system behaviors
Collaborate with product technology, QA, and business operations teams to ensure high-quality deliverables
Provide timely updates on test progress, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate user discussions clarifying requirements and formalizing business expectations

4-8 years of experience in insurance or claims operations
Strong working knowledge of insurance claims lifecycle regulations and operational workflows
Hands on experience in writing and executing test cases, test planning, and defect management
Ability to perform system integration test and UAT support
Proficiency with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps)
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and in a cross-functional team environment
