Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects in bug tracking tools;
Analysing root causes and recommending solutions;
Verifying fixes and closing resolved defects;
Reporting testing progress and quality metrics to stakeholders;
Execute Functional and Non-Functional tests and data validation;
Detect and report the issues;
Draft test reports;
Produce the relevant quality documentation;
Register and keep updated incident or improvement tickets and track the resolution.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the technologies and techniques related to the position from which minimum of 2 years’ experience in quality activities
Able to participate in multilingual meetings, a good communicator
Capable of integrating into an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory
Capable of applying formal quality standards in the IT environment
University degree duly recognised as equivalent as per the Bologna process
Good level of English (independent user — level B2 according to the Europass Language Passport).
