Source and attract top technical talent using various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of engineering candidates.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process.
Requirements
2-4 years of recruiting experience is ideal.
Sourcing-only is acceptable
this does not need to be a seasoned full-cycle closer.
Must have experience hiring or sourcing engineers (software preferred; adjacent technical roles acceptable if the candidate can translate).
Ability to quickly learn role requirements and identify signal in resumes/LinkedIn profiles (titles, scope, tech stack indicators, project impact, progression).
Comfortable managing multiple reqs and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
