Define Vision and Product Roadmap with input from Product Manager, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success Teams
Breaking down and expanding Product Vision into Epics, Features and User Stories with Definition of Done
Prioritizing Epics, Features and User Stories aligned with Business Goals and their Business Impact
Work with Customer Success, Marketing and Sales teams to provide support to existing customers and as well as new prospects by prioritizing defects or new features
Work with Engineering Team to estimate Story Points or LOE using any other method
Employ methods to keep track of progress and bring visibility to team's progress
Organize Show n Tell, Perform Reviews and User Acceptance Testing of the Features developed by Engineering Team
Write articles about new Features or improvements made in the product for both Business as well as Technical Audience
Demonstrate and Evangelize new Product Features/Enhancements to other teams such as Marketing, Sales and Customer Success
Lead team of Product Analysts by setting Standards, Processes and Procedures to do their job
Hire and mentor Product Analysts
Contribute and Lead various SCRUM ceremonies like SCRUM Planning, Daily SCRUM, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective
Follow, Implement and Promote Agile Release Train methodology
Requirements
Ability to understand Product's Business as well as Technical sides
Excellent Decision making, Prioritizing and Negotiation skills
Good with Planning and Forecasting
Good Technical and Analytical Skills
Excellent Writing and Verbal Communication as well as Comprehension
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and inspire at all levels
Must have worked as Project Manager or Product Owner before
Must have used Jira, Azure DevOps or any other ALM for managing backlogs
Strong collaboration and team working skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships cross-functionally and across all levels
Must have worked in team following SCRUM or other Agile methodology before
