As a Product Marketing Manager at Booxi, you will be the strategic link between the market, Product teams and Sales, responsible for turning our product vision into concrete, differentiated and actionable value.
Identify and prioritize key trends in omnichannel retail and SaaS technologies.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to inform product and commercial strategy.
Develop clear, differentiated positioning tailored to different segments.
Lead market discovery and validation phases for new products, features or countries.
Design and deliver high-level sales enablement materials.
Train Sales teams on new products, messaging and key objections.
Work closely with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
5+ years of B2B marketing experience in the SaaS space, including at least 3 years in Product Marketing within a Retail Tech context.
Proven experience in go-to-market (SaaS products, new countries or new verticals).
Proficiency with product positioning frameworks, competitive analysis and persona development.
Strong understanding of commercial dynamics (ICP, objections, sales cycles).
Advanced experience in Sales Enablement and measuring business impact.
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization, up to the leadership team.
Rigour, analytical ability, strategic creativity and excellent written and verbal communication.
Bilingual French / English.
