Role Overview
- Motivate, lead, coach and train a team of around 50 colleagues
- Develop the restaurant's product range and menu
- Monitor compliance with workflows, legal requirements and Casualfood standards
- Oversee cash reconciliations and cash handling
- Create work schedules, manage vacation planning and conduct inventory
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or equivalent qualifications
- Previous experience as an outlet manager, restaurant manager or shift leader (m/f/d) with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong commercial/business acumen
- Enjoy being a host with a confident presence and able to communicate in German as well as in English
