Role Overview
Develop and implement sales strategies, including market segmentation, lead generation, and account penetration to maximize revenue.
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they exceed sales targets.
Oversee the sales pipeline, qualify leads, and drive deals through the sales process.
Engage C-level stakeholders, present value propositions, and close enterprise deals.
Foster strong client relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide accurate revenue forecasts and key sales performance metrics.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor movements to refine sales strategies.
Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on go-to-market initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with 5+ years in a leadership role, consistently exceeding revenue goals.
Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and cloud-based solutions.
Strong ability to motivate, coach, and inspire teams, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales tech for pipeline and performance tracking.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for enterprise clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
