Develop strategies to address talent gaps and mitigate retention risks.
Use data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and inform talent decisions.
Provide global reporting on recruitment metrics, succession readiness, and engagement trends.
Lead and mentor a global team of talent professionals.
Partner with HR Business Partners and senior executives to align talent strategies with organizational goals.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including global talent acquisition and talent management leadership.
Proven success in designing and implementing enterprise-wide talent strategies in a complex industrial environment.
Strong understanding of global labor markets and compliance requirements.
Exceptional leadership, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with HR technology platforms and advanced analytics.
