About this role

Lead the design, connectivity, and integration of machines, systems, and digital platforms across our global network
Own the roadmap for machine-to-enterprise data flow
Champion global standardization by standardizing processes, systems, data models, and integration patterns
Evaluate and introduce emerging technologies such as IoT, AI/ML, automation, and advanced analytics
Drive end-to-end delivery and optimization of MES, SCADA, ERP integrations, and industrial automation
Connect machines and equipment across multiple factories using unified standards

Solid hands-on experience with Smart Factory technologies, IoT systems, and OT/IT integration
Strong understanding of PLCs and automation hardware in the market today
Ability to program, configure, troubleshoot, and integrate both software and hardware
Experience building and supporting solutions in Ignition (critical)
Strong understanding of machine connectivity and industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT, Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Experience integrating MES/SCADA with ERP and enterprise systems
Familiarity with data pipelines, historians, and cloud connectivity
Experience delivering solutions across multi-site or global environments
