Role Overview
- Lead ongoing customer support and ensure a positive customer experience with their registry solution.
- Lead projects from inception through implementation and warranty phases.
- Coordinate the transition into post-implementation support.
- Manage project scope, quality, pricing, budgets, milestones, and delivery timeframes.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key customers.
- Provide technical advice and support to customers in line with their needs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Strong technical background in software solutions.
- Project Management Institute Certification or PRINCE2 Certification.
- Tertiary level degree in an appropriate discipline.
- Knowledge of Government processes and procedures.
