Role Overview
- Assist our clients with technical and application-specific questions via phone or email
- Receive and qualify support tickets
- Systematically analyze bugs and prepare cases for the development teams
- Document and maintain the internal knowledge base to continuously improve our service
Requirements
- Technical know-how and strong communication skills
- Initial experience in SAP environments or knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, JSON, or REST APIs is a strong plus
- Vocational training, a degree, or comparable professional experience in business informatics / applied computer science
- C1-level English (fluent)
