Provide day-to-day support to regional leaders
Support regional operations through Salesforce/Power BI reporting
Assist in executing regional business plans and supporting leadership initiatives
Organize and execute regional events
Support communication planning and execution for the region
Ensure branch and office compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and practices

Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required
Experience in operations or sales support within financial services (strong asset)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across multiple levels
Proven ability to adapt, think creatively and work well under pressure
General understanding of sales processes and business planning
Post-secondary education preferred (or equivalent experience considered)
