Manage daily interactions with interns, addressing their questions and concerns while ensuring open and responsive communication with both the interns and our internal teams.
Collaborate with the internal team and local partners, emphasizing the importance of communication by attending weekly meetings.
Assist with event planning by providing detailed information, managing RSVPs, and coordinating necessary arrangements.
Requirements
Must be based in proximity to Bangkok, Thailand
Must hold a valid visa in Thailand for at least one year from the date of application.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings and weekends
Strong sense of responsibility and a collaborative team player
Enthusiastic about meeting new people and engaging in community activities
Adaptable, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Prior experience in customer service and event management (highly valued)
Experience working with cross-functional teams across different time zones
Excellent organizing skills to manage multiple events in a group setting
