Support regional leaders in their activities: planning, coordinating meetings, managing calendars and expenses.
Support regional operations: Salesforce / Power BI reporting, budget tracking, business continuity plans, contact information updates.
Contribute to the implementation of the region’s business plans.
Organize and execute various events (internal and regional), including creating presentations and communications.
Support the planning and distribution of regional communications.
Ensure branch and office compliance within the region.
Requirements
Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required.
Experience in operations or sales support within financial services (a significant asset).
Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt and propose creative solutions.
General understanding of the activities of a sales organization and the business planning process.
Postsecondary education (an asset; equivalent experience will be considered).
