Role Overview
- You are jointly responsible for all store operations
- You work with the team to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers
- You coordinate daily operations in consultation with your Shop Manager
- You always keep an eye on the overall commercial performance
- You assist and support the Shop Manager
- You inspire and motivate the team
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in a commercial/business discipline
- You have a flair for numbers and strong commercial/business acumen
- You have a keen interest in fashion and a good sense for trends
- You are a true team player with strong communication skills
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office suite
