Improve and maintain internal administrative processes
Organize board meetings, leadership offsites, and company events
Prepare meeting materials and track deliverables
Support vendor coordination when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
Ability to handle ambiguity and shifting priorities
