About this role
Role Overview
- Lead a team of data scientists, data engineers, and BI engineers
- Serve as the single point of contact for D&A across business units
- Act as a D&A evangelist, building senior stakeholder understanding
- Hold E2E ownership of D&A products
- Bridge business objectives with the latest D&A and AI capabilities
- Drive adoption and usage of D&A tools across the DRBU
Requirements
- Proven track record in product ownership
- Business-facing D&A experience in a multiculture environment
- Experience in Trade Marketing & Distribution is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience developing and leading Data & Analytics / BI systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Python or R
- Knowledge of Java or JavaScript/Node.js is a plus
- Solid understanding of data governance, data privacy standards
