Build and expand a new CRM system as the single source of truth for all customer data and customer interactions
Create, implement and optimize email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing programs and other automated marketing activities across the entire customer lifecycle
Analyze, segment and activate customer data to ensure targeted, relevant audience engagement
Train team members and other departments on marketing automation and CRM best practices
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in CRM and marketing automation
Solid experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, SFMC, MS Dynamics 365 Customer Insights) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Experience designing and executing email marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs in a B2B environment
Strong communication and project management skills, high consultative competence and confident stakeholder management
Solution-oriented, independent working style, strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis and segmentation; team-player attitude
