Define and execute a holistic marketing strategy across Brand Strategy, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Field Marketing
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across various marketing functions
Oversee and manage the entire marketing budget for maximum ROI
Utilize advanced analytics tools to measure effectiveness across all channels
Evaluate and implement new marketing technologies to enhance team efficiency

Proven experience as a Marketing Director or similar senior role
Specific industry experience in the Electric Vehicle (EV), Automotive, or Clean Technology sector is highly preferred
Deep expertise in various digital marketing disciplines (e.g., SEO, paid media, analytics, marketing automation) is required
Demonstrated ability to drive significant business growth through a balanced mix of strategic brand building and performance marketing
Strong leadership skills
Collaborative with other departments
Be proactive and creative on defining new Marketing initiatives
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
