Requirements
8-10+ years of experience at B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects
Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy
Skilled in leading the discovery process from ambiguity, execution, to actionable insights
Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences
Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling
Case studies required, showcasing your impact across 2-3 content design projects
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
