Lead strategic workplace communication infrastructure initiatives across Quebec and the Atlantic Provinces
Oversee 300-400+ monthly tickets spanning structured cabling, IT cabinet services, audio-visual installations
Drive operational excellence through vendor coordination, process optimization, and capital budget management
Manage critical workplace infrastructure and maintain operational excellence and business continuity
Mentor, coach, and develop team members through performance appraisals and career development initiatives
Handle incident and change request escalations through ServiceNow

7+ years of hands-on experience with complex structured cabling solutions (copper and fibre)
Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure supporting corporate and retail sites within wider networks
Proven experience managing and overseeing 3rd party vendors delivering services
Financial acumen and budgeting skills
Strong capability to manage complex, high-visibility projects from initiation through completion
Proactive approach with ability to motivate yourself and drive initiatives independently
Bilingualism (English and French) required
