Lead executive social presence and thought leadership, serving as a strategic advisor and ghostwriters for leaders while shaping employer brand storytelling and external community engagement.
Own social media management platforms including Yext/Hearsay.
Establish platform governance, best practices, and clear roadmaps for content distribution, employee advocacy, and social selling programs.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from strategy and content creation to publishing and community management.
Build a test-and-learn culture where experimentation is documented and used to improve outcomes.
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Brand, Content, Communications, Product, Analytics, and Paid Media to amplify programs and maximize impact.
Define success metrics and KPIs beyond engagement including share of voice, narrative impact, sustained visibility, and business contribution.
Own performance reporting and use insights to guide experimentation and optimization.
Oversee paid social media strategy and work with agency partners to ensure alignment with organic initiatives.
Translate business objectives into effective paid campaigns, provide strategic direction, and evaluate agency performance to maximize ROI.
Requirements
B2B social media management experience at scale (brand or agency), with proven track record building programs that drive discovery, engagement, and cultural relevance
Deep, hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, with particular strength on LinkedIn for B2B engagement and thought leadership
Hands-on experience with Hootsuite Amplify and Yext/Hearsay for social media management, employee advocacy, and social selling programs
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills working with Brand, Content, Communications, Product, Analytics, and Paid Media teams
Experience with paid social media strategy and agency management, including setting strategic direction, providing briefs, evaluating performance, and optimizing budget allocation
Proven senior-level ownership and execution —able to drive work end to end with minimal oversight
Strong creative and editorial judgment with performance mindset, translating insights and trends into platform-native storytelling
Exceptional written communication skills, including social copy, strategic narratives, executive ghostwriting, and executive-ready documentation
Data-driven mindset with experience defining success beyond vanity metrics, analyzing performance, and reporting on ROI
Comfort with modern tools including AI-powered tools for planning, drafting, analysis, and optimization.
Experience with paid social media strategy and agency management, including setting strategic direction, providing briefs, evaluating performance, and optimizing budget allocation.
