Role Overview

• Establish and maintain a positive working environment by leading, developing, coaching and motivating your store team
• Organize merchandise management on the sales floor and ensure an attractive product presentation in the store
• Optimize, manage and implement all relevant operational and sales processes
• Take responsibility for sales and the financial results of your store
• Confident use of our merchandise management and POS systems
• Responsibility for sales, analyses and staff planning

Requirements

• Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in retail cosmetics or fashion
• Strong customer service orientation and sales skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Team player with leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills and good numeracy
• Passion for cosmetics
• Confident, communicative and professional presence
