Independently organize office operations at the Frankfurt location
Manage office supplies, procurement and coordination with suppliers
Coordinate external service providers (e.g., cleaning, facility management)
Support accounting (invoice verification)
Arrange travel (flights, hotels, rail travel)
Ensure a well-maintained and professional work environment
Assist with onboarding new employees
Plan and implement cross-location organizational matters
Organize internal and external events, including catering
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks
Greet and assist visitors and handle on-site customer contact
Manage general communications (phone, email, mail, courier services)
Organize and prepare meetings
Requirements
Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification—ideally with experience in the hospitality or service sector
Good written and spoken English
Strong communication skills, organizational talent and a team-oriented attitude
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Friendly, professional demeanor
Independent, structured and reliable working style
Flexible, resilient and hands-on mentality
Willingness to travel; occasional assignments at the Luxembourg site are possible
